Zabuye Salt Lake (Tibet) Comprehensive Development and Utilization of Million tons of Battery-grade Lithium Carbonate

This project marks the company first large-scale lithium extraction initiative from a salt lake in Tibet. It is also Tibet's inaugural modern large-scale industrial project focused on the comprehensive development and utilization of salt lake resources. Utilizing the "Membrane Separation+Evaporation Crystallization" process, the project efficiently recovers lithium, potassium, and other resources from Zabuye Salt Lake. The designed annual production capacity includes 9,600 tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate, 2,400 tons of industrial-grade lithium carbonate, 156,000 tons of by-product potassium chloride, and 200 tons of mixed rubidium and cesium salts. Upon full operation, the annual output of battery-grade lithium carbonate could power batteries for approximately 200,000 to 300,000 electric vehicles. Based on an annual mileage of 20,000 km per vehicle, this is projected to reduce annual CO₂ emissions by approximately 2 million tons compared to conventional fuel vehicles. This project is poised to become a model for salt lake resource development in Tibet and holds significant strategic importance for ensuring China's lithium resource supply security.

Sinopec Shijiazhuang Refining, Electric Desalination Oil Waste, ELECO Treatment Project

This project is an EP project for reclaimed water reuse, engineered and supplied by the company. It was awarded the Second Prize in the Sinopec Scientific and Technological Progress Awards in 2018. The raw water treated by this facility comprises oily wastewater and saline wastewater from the oil refining production facility, combined with a portion of municipal reclaimed water. The treatment process employs "High-Density Clarification+V-Shaped Filter+Self-Cleaning Filter+Ultrafiltration+Reverse Osmosis". Since commencing operation in 2014, this project has delivered excellent performance, with all effluent quality indicators consistently meeting the design specifications.

Wuhai Wuda Economic Development Zone Sewage Disposal Plant Upgrading and Water Reuse Project (EPC)

The project's renovation concept is based on the principles of "segregating wastewater streams by contamination level, collecting and treating different water qualities separately, maximizing reuse, and integrating the operation of the industrial park with the urban sewage treatment plant". Its objective is to separately collect and treat heavily polluted industrial wastewater, lightly polluted industrial wastewater, and municipal sewage, achieving effluent quality that meets either the Grade 1A standard or the enterprise's internal reuse water standard. Following its commissioning, nearly 100% of the treated wastewater is reused, effectively eliminating environmental pollution. Additionally, the project is projected to save approximately 7.3 million tons of industrial water annually.

ZTHC Ordos Coal Deep Processing Demonstration Project Demiwater and Condensate Polish

This project is an EPC project invested by ZTHC, with EPC executed by the company. As a large-scale water treatment project within the coal chemical industry, it has a treatment capacity of 127,200 m³/d. Since its commissioning in 2016, the facility has consistently met performance targets and maintained stable operation.

SINOPEC SABIC Petrochemical Phenol Acetone Highly Difficult Wastewater Treatment for Discharge (BOT)

This project is a joint venture between Sinopec and Saudi Aramco. To address the high-salt, high-COD, high-organic-concentration wastewater generated by this petrochemical complex, the company developed a novel treatment process through technological breakthroughs: "MBBR + Advanced Oxidation+Secondary Biological Treatment". This innovation achieved a 70% reduction in the per-ton operational cost of wastewater treatment.

Condensate Polish Station of Zhongke (Guangdong) Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. Refining and Chemical Integration Project

This project is an EP project executed by the company, serving China's largest integrated refining and chemical joint venture complex. The project employs the "Oil Interception & Removal+Fine Treatment" process to treat industrial condensate water.

China Coal Yuanxing High-salt Mine Water and Coal Chemical High-salt Wastewater Maximum Salt Separation Project

This project is an EPC project for zero-liquid discharge (ZLD) salt separation and crystallization, invested by China Coal Yuanxing and executed by our company. With an annual output of 110,000 tons of salt separation products, it represents a large-scale ZLD facility. The project focuses on treating high-salinity coal chemical wastewater, utilizing the company's core technology – ZLD salt separation technology for high-salinity wastewater. Commissioned in April 2017, the technology employed was appraised in January 2020 by an expert panel organized by the China Environmental Protection and Chemical Industry Association as "overall reaching the internationally advanced level, with some units achieving international leadership".
