Recently, BGT has acquired a 51% stake in Beijing Jingrun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingrun Environmental Protection") with its own funds. The successful implementation of this transaction will further enhance BGT's technical strength and strengthen the core competitiveness of the enterprise!

Founded in 1994, Jingrun Environmental Protection was originally affiliated to the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology. It operated independently after the restructuring of research institutes in 2002 and was listed on the New Third Board in 2016. It is a director unit of the National Engineering Laboratory for the Treatment of High-Concentration and Refractory Organic Wastewater, an executive director unit of the Membrane Industry Association of China, and a vice-chairman unit of the Electric Drive Professional Committee, Petrochemical Professional Committee, and Membrane System Operation and Maintenance Branch of the Membrane Industry Association of China. It has professional laboratories, trial production workshops for new technologies and products, and professional equipment processing factories. After years of continuous investment in technological R&D and adherence to technological innovation, Jingrun Environmental Protection has owned more than 20 patented technologies. It has developed a series of physical and chemical water treatment technologies such as electrochemical flocculation, softening, sterilization, electrocatalytic oxidation, and electric-driven membrane concentration, as well as biochemical water treatment patented technologies such as biological removal of low-concentration nitrates. These technologies feature short processes, no secondary pollution, high water recovery rate, low operating costs, relatively small investment, simple operation, and other characteristics. They have been widely applied in engineering fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, coal chemical industry, coking, electric power, steel, solar energy, cement, and drinking water. Jingrun Environmental Protection's projects are distributed across the country and have expanded to the global market, accumulating a large number of high-end client resources including PetroChina, Sinopec, China Coal Group, China National Salt Industry Group, and Sinochem Group. The Company provides technical services in fields such as oilfield fracturing flowback fluid treatment, oilfield reinjection water treatment, industrial high-salinity water treatment, reuse and zero discharge, reclaimed water reuse treatment, industrial circulating water treatment, and industrial sewage treatment operation services.

Jingrun Environmental Protection advocates the water treatment concept of "doing subtraction". Through electrochemical water treatment technology, it transforms the process of treating pollutants into a process of extracting valuable substances, turning cost centers into profit centers. Compared with other water treatment technologies, electrochemical water treatment technology has extraordinary characteristics and advantages. By means of directional transfer and precise regulation of electrons, it strengthens the rate and efficiency of environmental interface processes, and has become an important technical means to solve water crises and water pollution.

As an environmentally friendly technology, electrochemistry provides solid support for membrane treatment systems.
