Recently, Wuhai BGT Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhai BGT"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of BGT, was awarded the title of "Integrity Model Enterprise in the Selection of Integrity Models in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region" issued by the Development and Reform Commission of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region!

In 2017, entrusted by Wuda District, Wuhai BGT carried out the upgrading and transformation of the water treatment system in Wuda Industrial Park. The project was upgraded based on the idea of integrated operation between the park and the urban sewage treatment plant. Part of the domestic sewage from Wuda urban area is transported to the park through pipelines and mixed with heavily polluted wastewater, and then treated by a customized process, making the overall effluent meet the first-class A discharge standard.

After the implementation of the project, the urban water environment has been greatly improved, creating a good production and living environment for the local people. It has played an important role in controlling water pollution, protecting the local river basin water quality and ecological balance. After the upgrading and transformation, the effluent quality has reached the first-class A standard or the enterprise reuse water standard. Part of the reclaimed water is reused for production in park enterprises, and the other part is reused for dust reduction in mining areas and coal washing, successfully realizing the integrated treatment and recycling of municipal and industrial sewage. It marks a typical application project of BGT's municipal-industrial integration model.

Wuhai BGT has also actively sought downstream users to encourage more enterprises to join the ranks of sewage reuse, so as to maximize the comprehensive utilization of sewage and significantly increase the added value of sewage. Under the integration operation model, urban sewage treatment no longer requires government subsidies, reducing the government's financial pressure; its stable operation has solved environmental protection problems in sewage treatment, saved fresh water, benefited the local area, and helped local healthy development. At the same time, the strong capability in high-level sewage treatment has consolidated the infrastructure of the industrial park, improved the level of serving enterprises, and increased the attractiveness of Wuda Industrial Park for new enterprises to settle in!

The honorary title of "Integrity Model Enterprise" is not only an affirmation of Wuhai BGT, but also an encouragement for its infinite development in the future.
