This year, Beijet has remained steadfast in its strategic direction and has always adhered to the field of resource utilization of wastewater, including zero discharge of high salt water in the industrial sector, salt separation, municipal linkage of industrial water resource reuse, and lithium extraction from salt lakes. It has carried out technology research and development, system design (process package), equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning, engineering applications, and intelligent operation and maintenance services. We adhere to technological innovation and continuously enhance our company's core competitiveness. As of now, we have obtained a total of 158 patents, including 50 invention patents and 108 utility model patents.

This year, we established the Smart Operations Digital Center, dedicated to achieving unmanned operation of lithium extraction from salt lakes.

Establish the second research and development center of the company, introduce the postdoctoral station of Tsinghua University, and carry out research and development in the direction of national new energy strategy hydrogen energy generation and application.

With Xizang Mining, Donghua Science and Technology, and the Academy of Geosciences, a joint laboratory for the green comprehensive development and utilization of Xizang's salt lakes and environmental protection has been set up. With the advantages of all parties, it is committed to the research of Xizang's salt lake resources and environment, and the green and efficient development and utilization of resources, so as to realize the comprehensive development and utilization of Xizang's salt lakes and escort the implementation of the national new energy strategy.

This year, we have been deeply cultivating our niche fields and constantly expanding our territory. The three major business sectors of industrial high salt wastewater resource utilization, municipal linkage industrial wastewater resource utilization, salt lake lithium extraction, and comprehensive development of salt lake resources are accelerating their development, fully leveraging the company's technological advantages and project experience, and combining with national policy guidance to continuously layout different industry sectors and expand market share.

There are typical benchmark projects in the fields of lithium extraction from salt lakes, coal chemical industry, petrochemical industry, hydrogen photovoltaics and other new energy fields, new materials for biological environmental protection, zero discharge of coking wastewater, comprehensive utilization of industrial park wastewater, and semiconductor electronic wastewater treatment, which have been unanimously recognized by the industry.

This year, we have gained a lot, but we still feel that there is a long way to go. According to the report on the development status of China's environmental protection industry (2021), the Environmental Planning Institute of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment estimates that to achieve China's "14th Five Year Plan" environmental governance goals, the investment demand for ecological environment is about 68000-8 trillion yuan, with an average annual investment demand of about 14000-16 trillion yuan; To achieve the goal of peaking carbon emissions before 2030, the annual funding requirement is about 2.1 trillion yuan. As a leading enterprise in wastewater resource utilization, Beijet has proposed a municipal linkage industrial model to utilize industrial park wastewater resources, which not only reduces the financial expenditure of government departments on sewage treatment, but also effectively protects the local water environment. Our aspirations are grand and our steps are firm, but to achieve them, all Beijet people need to be fearless of challenges, work together, and receive strong support from our partners.
