BJT middling coal Yuanxing Comprehensive Water Treatment Project adopts the zero discharge salt separation technology of high salt content wastewater to treat the high salt content coal chemical wastewater on a large scale. The two phases of the project have been in continuous and stable operation for many years. The project has multiple patented innovations and won the first prize of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Science and Technology Progress Award, achieving "zero discharge" of wastewater from coal mines and coal chemical projects. At the same time, the water resource utilization structure of the park has been optimized, achieving comprehensive recycling of underground water from the Nalinhe No.2 mine and reducing production costs. At present, the by-product quality salt production of the project has reached 110000 tons per year, with a salt impurity rate of less than 5%. Sodium sulfate meets the first-class standards of GB/T600P-2014, and sodium chloride meets the first-class standards of GB/T5462-2015. The process adopted in the project has been evaluated by the expert appraisal meeting organized by the China Environmental Protection Chemical Association as "overall reaching the international advanced level, and some units reaching the international leading level".
