It achieves profitability by charging service fees based on the amount of water treated and water prices, or according to the actual operation and management costs of the project and agreed profit indicators as stipulated in the contract. The contract period for entrusted operation and management is generally 1 to 3 years, while the period for projects invested and operated under models such as BOT and PPP is generally 5 to 30 years. In addition, the Company provides clients with technical services such as design services, R&D services, on-site technical guidance, problem diagnosis and fault handling, and on-line and off-line membrane cleaning to charge technical service fees.
