On August 7, a delegation led by Peng Fuyuan, General Manager of BGT's Business Division, conducted a research forum and signed a cooperation intention agreement in Yulin Economic and Technological Development Zone (Yulin ETDZ). Xu Haifeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Yulin ETDZ, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. Principal persons in charge from the Investment Promotion Service Bureau, Economic Development Bureau, Planning and Construction Bureau, Ecological Environment Bureau, Agriculture, Forestry and Water Conservancy Bureau, Emergency Management Bureau, State-owned Assets Office, Water Supply Company, as well as relevant persons in charge of BGT, participated in the activity.

Before the meeting, the BGT delegation visited the planning exhibition hall of Yulin ETDZ and the pre-selected site for project construction for in-depth research, and gained a detailed understanding of the development history and overall planning layout of the park.

At the forum, Peng Fuyuan introduced BGT's development history, development philosophy, industrial layout, and future development plans. Xu Haifeng extended a warm welcome to the BGT delegation and noted that Yulin ETDZ is a national economic and technological development zone, a national demonstration base for new industrialization, a national green park, and an important part of the national Northern Shaanxi Energy and Chemical Industry Base and the national energy "Golden Triangle". He stated that Yulin ETDZ has a large number of industries with considerable scales, such as coal, electric power, chemical industry, and equipment manufacturing. The cooperation between the two sides is of great significance to the efficient, energy-saving and comprehensive utilization of water resources.

After the meeting, the two sides signed a cooperation intention agreement.
