On October 19, Wang Binda, Vice Mayor of Luzhou Municipal People's Government, accompanied by leaders of relevant departments, visited BGT for inspection and a tour. Zhang Jianfei, General Manager of BGT, and the senior management team participated in this exchange activity.

First of all, General Manager Zhang Jianfei introduced BGT's development history, industrial layout, technological innovation, and development plans to the visiting leaders. He stated that BGT is a leading domestic comprehensive water resource utilization service provider, having been deeply engaged in the fields of high-salinity water zero-discharge and salt separation in industrial sectors for nearly 20 years. It holds 178 patents, with services covering industrial fields such as coal chemical, petrochemical, electric power, new energy, new materials, bio-environmental protection materials, pharmaceuticals, coking wastewater, and salt lake lithium extraction, as well as municipal sewage. It has completed the construction of multiple landmark water treatment projects, served hundreds of customers in total, and accumulated a large number of high-end client resources including Sinopec, SSTPC, China Coal Group, Shenhua Group, SPIC, ExxonMobil, and BASF. Currently, it has become a leading enterprise in industrial wastewater resource utilization.

The participating leaders expressed high recognition and strong interest in BGT's achievements in the field of wastewater resource utilization. They also expressed their expectation that BGT will gradually expand its strategic layout in southwest China, make good use of Luzhou's advantages in land and water transportation as well as industries, and strengthen cooperation with the local government to jointly promote the development of the wastewater resource utilization industry.

Vice Mayor Wang Binda introduced Luzhou's investment environment and incentive policies for the introduction of enterprise talents (management and technical talents). He stated that this inspection activity has deepened the understanding of BGT and even China's industrial water treatment and resource utilization industry. Both parties can strengthen cooperation in the field of wastewater resource utilization in the future to further promote industrial development.

Luzhou is a national comprehensive transportation hub, a port-type national logistics hub bearing city, and an important opening-up gateway in Sichuan. It is home to Sichuan's largest water transport port and the third-largest airport. It has been approved for 7 national-level opening-up platforms such as the Chuannan Lin'gang Area of China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Besides, China-Europe Railway Express, which connects the Eurasian continent, departs from here.

Luzhou's modern industries such as Baijiu (liquor), electronic information, equipment manufacturing, modern pharmaceuticals, energy and chemicals, advanced materials, and green building materials are developing rapidly. It remains at the top in Sichuan for its favorable business environment. All these provide enterprises with unlimited development opportunities and a broad market space.
