Middling coal Ordos Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd., founded in June 2011, is the first coal chemical enterprise independently built by middling coal Energy Co., Ltd. in Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi, mainly responsible for the professional management of coal chemical industry in middling coal Group Ordos.
The project is in BOO mode, with Beijet providing equipment, technology, and responsible for operation and maintenance, processing 50000 cubic meters of high salinity water from the evaporation pond in the Enenghua Tuke plant area.
The high salt wastewater zero discharge salt separation technology independently developed by Beijet is mainly aimed at treating the concentrated salt water formed after reduction, with the purpose of controlling salt for drainage, and utilizing inorganic salt resources to separate high-quality chemical raw materials. The remaining transformed water is recycled and reused, which is the key technology to achieve zero discharge of industrial wastewater.
At present, companies in the same industry generally use the method of evaporative crystallization to treat concentrated salt water. The evaporative crystallization process is based on the principle that inorganic salts have different solubility under different temperature conditions for crystallization. The distilled liquid is collected in a distilled water tank and transported to a heat exchange equipment for heat exchange with the incoming liquid. After cooling, it leaves the evaporative crystallization system and is sent to a reuse water tank for reuse. But this method has significant flaws. Evaporation crystallization equipment is prone to coking, scaling, blockage, corrosion, and system foaming, which rapidly reduces the equipment's evaporation crystallization ability and leads to high salt production color and odor, resulting in the inability to recycle salt products; Due to the fluctuation of incoming water quality, the quality of salt separation cannot be guaranteed, and the salt separation system often produces mixed salt; Due to various reasons, the final impurity salt content exceeded the design value, resulting in a high degree of hazardous waste and high treatment costs. Considering that large industrial enterprises, such as coal chemical companies, typically have an annual total salt production of 30000 to 70000 tons, with the highest reaching over 100000 tons, the zero emission technology for salt separation must achieve long-term stability and high-quality salt production. Otherwise, it will incur significant processing costs and cause serious resource waste.
Based on the complexity of zero emission salt separation, Beijet has organized professional R&D personnel and engineering technicians from various fields to investigate and analyze the experience and lessons learned from projects that have been put into operation at home and abroad from the perspectives of environmental engineering, chemical unit operation, chemical equipment and automation, analytical chemistry, and material chemistry. The company has conducted research and development on the entire process of zero emission salt separation and formed its own high salt waste water salt zero emission process technology. The core of the salt separation process consists of a "deep concentration process+quality separation salt crystallization process", which uses electrically driven membranes and MVR concentration units for deep concentration, followed by freezing/nanofiltration coupled salt separation and evaporation crystallization.
This process has relatively relaxed requirements for the quality of incoming water, low treatment costs, and low output of salt impurities. The typical project is middling coal Yuanxing Phase II Project. The project is a zero emission salt fractionation crystallization EPC project invested and constructed by middling coal Yuanxing and contracted by the company. It is a large-scale zero emission salt fractionation crystallization project. The output of salt fractionation products reaches 110000 tons/year, the product impurity salt rate is less than 5%, and the salt quality can reach the first class standard of industrial sewage sodium sulfate index GB/T600P-2014, and the first class standard of sodium chloride GB/T5462-2015 Industrial Salt. And in 2020, it was evaluated by the expert appraisal meeting organized by the China Environmental Protection Chemical Association as "overall reaching the international advanced level, with some units reaching the international leading level".
