Recently, BGT's "Large-scale Zero-discharge Salt Separation and Crystallization Unit" was listed in Catalog of Major Environmental Protection Technologies and Equipment Encouraged by the State for Development (2023 Edition)! It marks a solid step forward in contributing to China's environmental protection cause!
The Catalog of Major Environmental Protection Technologies and Equipment Encouraged by the State for Development (2023 Edition) aims to accelerate the research, development, promotion and application of advanced environmental protection technology and equipment, and enhance the overall level and supply quality of the environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry. It covers 10 segmented fields including air pollution prevention and control, water pollution prevention and control, solid waste treatment and disposal, among others.
For a long time, adhering to the corporate vision of "building a harmonious coexistence among humanity, industry and nature" and guided by the concept of "treating and reusing every drop of wastewater to preserve nature's pristine ecology", BGT has been continuously introducing innovations, actively exploring new models of resource recycling technologies and services. The independently developed large-scale zero-discharge salt separation and crystallization unit has been applied in the treatment and resource recycling of salt-containing wastewater from coal chemical industry.
To address the pain points and challenges of traditional coal chemical enterprises, BGT has developed two sets of technologies for the large-scale zero-discharge salt separation and crystallization equipment, combining the characteristics of high-salinity wastewater from coal chemical industry and deep high-salinity mine water: the "high-density tank + high-strength membrane tank + GTR3 + GTR4" reduction combined process, and the "high-density tank + high-strength membrane tank + ozone catalytic oxidation + activated carbon adsorption + chelating resin for hardness removal + MVR falling film evaporation in parallel with electric-driven membrane + counter-current four-effect sodium sulfate evaporation crystallization + freeze crystallization" resource recycling integrated process. These technologies realize the efficient resource utilization of high-salinity wastewater from coal chemical industry and deep high-salinity mine water under the environment of high pollution and high concentration ratio. The China Chemical Environmental Protection Association has evaluated this process as "generally reaching the international advanced level, with some units reaching the international leading level".
