On October 14, BGT Group Co., Ltd. held the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2024, at which the fourth session of the Board of Directors and the fourth session of the Board of Supervisors were successfully elected. The fourth session of the Board of Directors is composed of 9 members including Quan Qiuhong and Zhang Jianfei, with Quan Qiuhong appointed as the chairwoman; the fourth session of the Board of Supervisors is composed of 5 members including He Shaozhen, with He Shaozhen appointed as the chairman of the Board of Supervisors.
